Take your hands above your head, inhale as you take your hands to your chest, realize slowly, and just let it sink in, that feeling of relief. Nothing Arrived - Villagers With all of that anger that resides in us, sometimes the only thing that we need is learning how to release. We need to understand that patience is a key, being in our calm state when there’s a hella storm in our lives. We can try to hide, yet by time, it will bleed. Slowly anger mixed with sadness will spill over, whether in form of rage or crying. You might feel so lost, so you will start questioning yourself, what’s the purpose of my life? Why am I even alive? Why was I born? You fall deep into a very uneasy devastated state. So here’s something that you can do when you can’t go outside or don’t have a job. Use your imagination in creating the most suitable life, the one you wished and hope for. Am not saying that you should live in it daily, I am just saying that you can just create an acceptable environment for you to live in. That’s not an easy task to do, to be honest. I shouldn’t interfere with your daily life, but it will somehow in a way or another, push you forward, and keep you moving. You just need to learn how to breathe and have peace with the demons inside of you. ![]() Few words that mean a lot from milk and honey.
